TERMS OF DELIVERY

Quotations and agreements:

  • Our quotes are without obligation and valid for 14 days.

  • In the event of any adjustments due to incorrect information, we reserve the right to adjust rates and delivery times.

  • After approval of the final layout illustration, we proceed to production.

  • We would like to remind you that if you have ordered via the Internet, you can cancel this by e-mail within a withdrawal period of 2 weeks after placing your order. If grave research has been carried out within this period and adjusted layout drawings have been provided, we reserve the right to deduct a cost contribution of € 300 from the (purchase) amount to be refunded to you. After this period, all purchases are final and irrevocable, because they are made especially for you according to your instructions.

Material and quality:

  • Small deviations are inherent to our natural stone and glass products.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Color deviations in repeat orders are possible due to natural variations.

Delivery:

  • Delivery time starts after approval of the final layout illustration.

  • Delays due to force majeure will be communicated in a timely manner.

  • Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension of the delivery time.

Defects:

  • Visible defects must be reported within one week of installation.

Payment:

  • Payment is made when the order is placed or in 5 installments (only for urns and grave monuments.)

  • Late payment may result in additional costs.

Retention of title:

  • Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Dissolution and cancellation:

  • The right to dissolution and cancellation only applies under certain conditions, upon payment of at least 65% of the order.

Intellectual property:

  • Our images and construction drawings may not be used by third parties.

  • The names shown in our illustrations are used respectfully and fictitiously.

Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the delivered goods.

Applicable law:

  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Warranty period

  • We guarantee our natural stone grave monuments against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 20 years from the date of installation.

What is covered under warranty?

  • Material Warranty: We guarantee that the natural stone used is of high quality and will not crack, split or crumble under normal use.

  • Manufacturing guarantee: Any errors in the processing, such as incorrectly applied inscriptions or incorrect dimensions, will be corrected free of charge.

  • Installation guarantee: If the monument subsides or comes loose within 2 years after installation due to a fault in the foundation (if installed by us), we will ensure repair free of charge. This guarantee is 5 years longer if foundation piles have also been installed by us.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Natural weathering: Color changes due to weather influences, oxidation, moss and algae growth are not covered by the warranty. Impregnating with our Nano coating significantly limits this weathering.

  • Damage caused by third parties: Damage caused by vandalism, accidents, storms, extreme weather conditions or work carried out by third parties is not covered by the warranty.

  • Maintenance: Normal maintenance, such as cleaning or updating inscriptions, is not covered by the warranty.

Submit a warranty claim

  • In case of a warranty claim, we request that you contact us with a description of the problem and photos of the monument. If necessary, we will then come and inspect on site.

Repair or replacement

  • If we accept a warranty claim, we will repair the problem free of charge. If repair is not possible, the monument (or part of it) will be replaced by an equivalent product.

Transfer of warranty

  • The warranty is transferable to surviving relatives, provided the original proof of purchase or order confirmation is presented.

Exclusions

  • We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if the monument has been improperly maintained or improperly modified by third parties.
